The Cumberland Hotel that you booked us in for the first 2 nights in London had gone out of business and we spent a half hour driving with our cab driver til we learned that it was now the HArd Rock Hotel. The Tour Director and drivers on the tour were amazing and I would give them each a 10 but the tour bus was extremely tight and the seats not terribly comfortable considering we spent 20 days in them! Some of the tour hotels were good. Some were just fair. Meals were OK but not great. On a positive note, the tour gave us great cultural experiences in the countries we visited, But the communications about the change in hotels for the first 2 days and the size and comfort of the tour bus need to be addressed!
