Our Gate1 tour director, Katarina, was exceptional! She was sweet, kind, always happy and cheerful, she always took the time to listen She went above and beyond to help some of the needier travelers in our group and her patience was extraordinary. She did so much more for the group than any other tour directors I have had in the past. She was just a joy and the entire group loved her. The local tour guides were also wonderful and knowledgeable and some had us laughing quite a lot. All and all, great experience.
