Question: How many suitcases can I take with me on my trip?

Each person is allowed one "check-in," and one "carry-on." Remember to take all valuables with you as "carry-on", because electronic equipment, cameras, laptops, jewelry, business documents and money are not covered by the airlines' liability, so always carry them aboard with you.

    Great trip would definitely recommend

The tour with Gate 1 meet my expectations as usual except in one big instance. I bought the air from Gate 1 which includes vouchers for transportation from and to the airport. On arrival to the Palermo airport I was met by our tour guide and transported to the hotel. But at the end of the trip when we expected to be transported to the Palermo airport we were told by the tour guide that the transportation voucher had been revoked. We had to arrange last minute transportation to the airport at an additional expense (45 euros). Gate 1 was confused about our plans and thought that we were not entitled to the voucher. After returning home, I talked to a Gate 1 representative and cleared up the misunderstanding and she agreed that we were entitled to the voucher. But I am unhappy that having issued the voucher (mistake or not) they would have revoked it DURING my trip and not notified me. I will not buy air from Gate 1 again.

Not our favorite trip with Gate1. There was way too much time spent on the bus - some days two pit stops and one event. The food supplied was usually good. We like Gate 1 but this trip was disappointing. The guide was efficient and knowledgeable, but spoke in a dull monotone. He did not make the trip exciting. Even he said his voice put us to sleep.
