We d id not get our CIE backpack with converters, poncho, etc. until we had been there a week. Luckily, I brought my own power converters that I had bought. We were told that our group would be 20 to 25 people. It started out 23 people, then jumped to 46 after 4 or 5 days, then another busload joined us in Ireland for the last week. Not what I signed up for. I do not hear well. I was told that I would receive headphone so I could hear, but I did not, so I could not understand half what our guides said.

We fell in love with Scotland and Ireland. I had been to Ireland prior on a tour and loved it. This time though, I hated to leave Scotland. The places that we stayed at were beautiful. There were a couple of things that were a disappointment, when our tour left Scotland we had to join a different tour and our group was divided due to available space. Many felt displaced after making friends the first part of the journey. I had wished that our whole tour stayed in Scotland. We felt we had a wasted day with two trips to a sheep farm - one in Scotland and one in Ireland. One would have been enough. I don't think I would do two countries again though, I would stay the two weeks in one. I would love to go back to Scotland again.

We received excellent service from Affordable Tours. Thanks for your excellent service. Also all the 21 travelers were pleased with your service and CIE was a great tour!
