The Gate 1 India/Nepal itinerary was as posted. I believe more could be done especially on travel dates to squeeze some site or other activity so people don't just waste all day sitting on a bus. I ended up doing my own private tours in Agra and adding days to Delhi to ensure main attractions were visited (e.g Akshardam and Red Fort in Delhi) as what Gate 1 provided were sometimes not the top sites (food kitchen in Sikh temple) For example, on the travel date to Agra, the tour should have visited Fatehput Sikri (a UNESCO world heritage site) and on the travel date from Agra. the tour should have visited Akbar's tomb instead of waiting an hour at a rest stop and enlarging a 4 hour trip to 7 hours on the bus. The hotels were good to great with the Delhi hotel being a bit dated and with a slight musty odor in the room. The tour guide PK was a very caring and knowledgeable person. He genuinely expressed an interest in everyone and offered his availability for all problems. The one negative was that rambled on forever on most questions and lost the attention span of people. Some of the optional activities were fun and well priced (e.g dinner in Jaipur, Jaipur city tour) but others were way overpriced (e.g. Mt. Everest flight was close to $50 over what local operators charge and $80 over the airline direct booking charge). This was my fault for not researching and deciding to go at the last minute. I think India is very interesting culturally and enjoyed traveling in a group although the trade off was missing some of the best sites.

Guide was amazing. The trip was amazing. The sights and culture were amazing. Loved the trip.

This trip was absolutely amazing! It far surpassed any expectation we had. I will strongly recommend Gate1!
