Question: Hello! How many meals in that trip?
Question: How many suitcases can I take with me on my trip?
Question: Is Airfare Included in the Price?
Tour director was excellent. Hotels could have been better. Most included meals were poor.
My sister and I had great time and the food was very good, We saw a lot of different things.
Our tour was well organized and our tour director was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire trip. We visited the major sites in each city we toured and had free time to expand what we wanted to see.
The Globus tour director was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the areas we visited and kept us occupies during the bus rides. The accommodations were very nice and conveniently located.
Globus does it again! Although this is the only travel co. I have used in the last 20 or so years, they continue to offer a pleasurable experience in a comfortable, probably mid range category. Thank you to our wonderful Canadian tour guide and expert coach driver.
Our guides did a phenomenal job of working around changes and restrictions while keeping the whole group safe and healthy. It was no small feat!
Thank you very much.It was GREAT!!!
The trip is fast paced - maybe more than expected. Would like to see more of authentic culture of cities visited and less of tourist shops and areas where massive cruise ships and other tours go. Our tour guide was perfect!
My first dealing with Affordable was very positive, although I haven't used another agency before.
Globus and Francis provided both a informative and well planned tour.
Globus changed several items listed on information sheet sent to us. I wanted to see more of Quebec but only had 2 hours on our own to tour and the hotel was too far away to go back on our own. This was not what was printed on tour sheet. Did not realize how short are stay in Montreal was.
We were very pleased with the hotels and food. When one hotel in Quebec was unavailable, we were given a Lovely excursion at no extra charge. All of the excursions were fun. Only complaint is that we could have used more time at Niagra on the Lake. Another suggestion would be to start in Montreal and end in Toronto. Almost everyone would have preferred more time in Montreal and even another day in Quebec. Both the Tour director and bus driver were great. Went the extra mile for us. We enjoyed the extra treats too.
Overall it was a good trip. The first couple of days could be improved by allowing more time in Niagara on the Lake. We only had about 1.5 hours for lunch/shopping. The whirlpool stop could be eliminated.
We could have asked for two better people to spend 8 days with us. Everyone on our tour were very nice & we enjoyed meeting people from all over the world.
I was a little concerned about airport transfers, but they went smoothly.
Great trip with a super itinerary
The Globus tour "Historic Cities of Eastern Canada" was excellent. I wish I could start the trip over again! They provide a great mix of tour/historic information and free time to roam. More meals were provided than I've had on other trips. With 2 nights in three different locations, you did not feel rushed and the 'living out of a suitcase' feeling wasn't so bad.
The hotels were well located, the local guides were very good and the best of the people was the tour guide. He certainly was the best of the years we have been traveling with Globus and Cosmos. He not only was very pleasant, told excellent stories regarding our sites, but took photos of the passengers and played it on one of our longer rides on the coach.
It would have been better if we could have spent a few more days in each city but I understand that's not the way it was packaged. The pace was a little fast for us to really see what we wanted to in each city. We may consider a Monograms tour next time we do a city visit trip.
Excellent, professional and met all my expectations.
This Tour exceeded our expectations with regard to the itinerary, accommodations, and efficient utilization of time. Our accommodations were magnificent, the meals were excellent, the side excursions were well worth the effort, and above all, our Tour Guide was incredible. Not only was he an excellent source of information regarding the history of the Canadian cities we visited, but he was extremely entertaining and gracious. We will definitely use AffordableTours and Globus in the future for our travelling vacations.
We had a wonderful time. A lot of the people who traveled with us had gone through Globus a few times and enjoyed everyone of their tours. We were pleased. Thank you!
