Question: Do you offer room share with this tour? If not, what is the single room supplement?
Question: How many suitcases can I take with me on my trip?
Question: Is Airfare Included in the Price?
The trip overall was great and I learned a lot about the history of that part of the world. What was unexpected was that the Ibis Hotels we stayed in lacked the amenities of hotels I've stayed in on previous tours. Ibis didn't even have a refrigerator in their rooms. I've given this feedback with the Costsavertour survey and reached out to Ibis Hotels through social media.
Some of the hotels were not appropriate for elderly. Didn’t have appropriate ramps for the luggage’s to be carry to the hotels. Which the tour guide nor the driver help to assist.
As usual some hotel accommodations were suspect but other than that trip met expectations.
Fantastic tour packed full of unique and memorable experiences!!
This trip had a great itinerary.
The cruise director: Craig is the best director ever experience in a trip like this. And the driver the most experience in this type. ( To both Thank you very much for the great vacation ever.)
Loved Costsaver.
great trip
I purchased this trip for my 18-year-old granddaughter, who went on the trip by herself. She was extremely happy with all aspects of the trip. I particularly want to thank Dana with Affordable Tours, who was contacted by my daughter on the day of departure (my daughter was monitoring my granddaughter's departure and return from Germany to her home airport of Newark, as well as serving as the more travel-savvy point person during the trip itself). Apparently, various difficulties resulted in a cancellation of the return flight, which would have demanded a 22 hour delay. My granddaughter would have been stranded without a hotel or specific plan. She called my daughter, who contacted Dana either late at night or early in the morning. Dana personally used her connections to set up a return flight for Eowyn within two hours. I only learned about this today, as neither my granddaughter or daughter wanted me to fall apart over this....what was important is that quick, professional, personal service was available. That alone will make Affordable Tours the option I will pursue to future travel plans both for myself and for other members of my family. Thank you, Dana. We are indescribably grateful for your reassurance and help.
It was a wonderful trip in all aspects. Excellent customer service while booking and excellent tour guide.
Did have problems with a/c with some hotels. Otherwise all hotel rooms were nice rooms. Some had coffee available others had nothing. Not one hotel offer any ice buckets. Not much room to layout large baggage. Some hotels only offer one pillow. One hotel had some really bad towels. I believe all hotels on any tour should always include breakfast. I would recommend that all hotels on any tour to provide coffee in every room along with a cold storage device.
We loved the tour. The tour Director was excellent and the tour and hotels were great. I would definitely take another CostSaver tour.
