Set your sights higher than the Museum of Flight or the redwoods for lush green forests, cascading waterfalls, and ice-smothered volcanoes – just the opening scenes of this west side story. From Seattle to Portland and all the way to the Golden Gate of San Francisco, the dramatic views of both city and seaside astound on this nine-day Pacific Coast vacation. While Oregon’s fabled lighthouses cast their beams to reveal the wonder of the West, your Tour Director will shed light on what makes this side of the country so uniquely spectacular – from its waterfalls to its fresh catches of the day. If the Seattle coffee scene doesn’t wake you up, splash some water on your face with a jet boat ride across the wild Rogue River, explore the wind-sculpted coastal sand dunes in the Siuslaw National Forest, and journey down Redwood National Park’s Avenue of Giants.

We saw some beautiful sights and were never rushed
Globus always does a fine job on tour and we have consistently booked with them through Affordable Tours.
Great trip. As our tour director states this tour does not have large bells and whistles. The simplicity and majesty of the surroundings are th3 bells and whistles.
Great trip!!!! No issues whatsoever.
Great tour. Excellent tour director and driver. Good mix of city and country settings and hotels.
Investigate your destination yourself. Iceland is a lengthy bus trip with few memorable sights. There is almost no medical facility anywhere. The guide was great, as was the bus driver.
I want to point out some observations: in some of the hotels the food was not up to my expectations like in the Sheraton in Seattle, the Mill Casino Hotel. The Tour guide and the Driver were excellent and the places visited were up to my expectations.
The tour was very good, but the bus trip down the Oregon coast was a disappointment to those of us on the far side of the bus. We had very limited viewing and we were on that side the entire 2 days. Switching sides after lunch each day would have made for a better trip for all.
The itinerary was great for the most part. I would have preferred not to spend half of one precious day in Seattle visiting the Boeing factory on a glorious sunny, blue-sky day. Lunch times were hurried and frantic several times, such as at stops like Safeway grocery store (clearly we need nicer options on a holiday). However, the tour director was wonderful, the weather was exceptional, and the group was very nice and friendly. Our pace was hectic, but the Rogue River jet boat ride was exciting amid amazing scenery and birds. All the stops in San Francisco were exceptional, and the weather was a perfect 10! The two dinners, one in Portland and the final one in San Francisco, were really good. We had such a good time and we laughed and talked and felt 28 years old again!
It was a vaery nice trip and we had a great time.
Fabulous tour director! Terrific driver! Wonderful itinerary! Excellent local guides! All accomodations, with one exception, were excellent.
The accommodations met our expectations except for one, the Jot's Resort in Golden beach, Oregon. It was misleading since it is a motel, not a resort, very outdated. The visit to the Aviation Museum was boring and too long. The Space museum next door was more interesting. Also, it would have been better to spend more time in Seattle, maybe visit a winery in Washington state. The coast ride was a bit boring since there was a lot of fog most of the time. We did not get to see a lighthouse or wildlife at all. Better to include visits to some winery in Oregon wine country since we were already there.

We loved Enchanted Canyonlands by Globus! Our tour director and bus driver were the best -- very informative, sense of humor, very organized, willing to switch things to accommodate weather, and made our trip a lot of fun! We wish we could have spent one more day in Zion, as time there was short.
