Very capable tour director, he was mature, responsible and handled the tour in an excellent manner. He kept the group going and communicated efficiently with everyone by WhatsApp. My one suggestion would be that at the beginning of the city’s visit,-Rome, Firenze,etc- the group takes a bus ride through the city as a general orientation. So we could see where Ponte Vecchio is located even though we might not have time in the schedule to visit it. All in all a great tour and a commendable job by the tour director.
