Questions & Answers
  Ask A Question

Question: How many suitcases can I take with me on my trip?

Each person is allowed one "check-in," and one "carry-on." Remember to take all valuables with you as "carry-on", because electronic equipment, cameras, laptops, jewelry, business documents and money are not covered by the airlines' liability, so always carry them aboard with you.

Question: Is Airfare Included in the Price?

Airfare from your point of origin to and from the trip is not included in the land price.

Tauck consistently does an amazing job and finds ways to exceed our expectations. This 3 week land tour of AUS and NZ was off the charts fantastic and a very easy way to see so much in so little time considering the distances between sites.

This was our 7th trip with this operator, and as always, was excellent. The private planes made the extensive itinerary not only possible, but very enjoyable. We were pampered during the whole trip. The director, Marcie, was knowledgeable, funny, and worked constantly toward our enjoyment. She arranged a special place and transportation for us to watch the Super Bowl. The people we travelled with were interesting and fun. Thanks again, Tauck and Affordable Tours. Thanks to Sonny for arranging and booking the trip, as always, you do a great job. See you the next time. Roger & Debbie Shellhamer

The Tauck Grand Australia & New Zealand was a remarkable trip which was made even better by having a professiomal, personable, & knowledgeable Tour Director. There were 2 hotels that were not of Tauck quality but they were the finest hotels in the location we were visiting. The itinerary was full with numerous early morning starts & late afternoon returns. All in all it was a trip of a lifetime.

Australia and New Zealand was our first tour with Tauck and they provide a premium experience consistent with their premium prices. Though we loved Tauck, we will continue to decide future tours with the major operators primarily based on itineraries, length of tour, and departure dates.
