Embarkation was quick and smooth, and the luggage was at the cabin door as soon as I got there. First day was spent exploring the ship, getting to know our dining options and all the fun things to do.

This summer, my parents, children, and I cruised along the Eastern Caribbean with MSC Cruises aboard their brand new ship, the Seaside. I was a little nervous about trying out a European cruise line, because I didn’t know if the service and other quality standards would be up to par with our American criterion, but we were so pleasantly surprised!
This year, my family and I took an Eastern Caribbean cruise with Royal Caribbean. We sailed on the Oasis of the Seas out of Orlando on a 7-night journey, stopping in Philipsburg, San Juan and Labadee.
