My step dad and I decided to do the Canyon Country Adventure with Globus because we enjoy camping and outdoor activities. We started the trip with the Globus director Sven giving introductions in Scottsdale. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. He made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire trip.
As we boarded our flight to Detroit, I remember thinking “what could Michigan possibly have to offer”. I never could have imagined Michigan being more than a mediocre state with outdated industries left to rust. Were we ever in for a pleasant surprise on our Mackinac Island And The Great Lakes with Globus tour.
The title of the tour says it all European Highlights with Globus– This is one of the most efficient and busy tours that gives you the highlights of the most popular places in 4 different countries: London, Paris, Lucerne, Bergamo, Florence, Venice and Rome. My companion was my beautiful wife who made my experience that much more pleasing.
A new form of travel is emerging. Tour companies care more about giving their clients the chance to make genuine experiences and create memories, rather than just see the “big” stuff. In 2017, Globus noticed that Italy, once the busiest tourist spot, had become the least popular destination out of Europe. Chief marketer, Steve Born, realized the reason for the decline was that once people visited the popular attractions, such as Venice, Florence, Rome, there was no reason to go back. So they decided to switch things up and create undiscovered tours with Globus.
Today’s India with Globus journey started with a trip to the Red Fort and the Presidential Palace which I was able to see the largest towers in India. This palace started construction in 1210 and took two more successors to complete it until around 1350. This was located in Old Delhi. Old Delhi is a much poorer region with a lot of older dilapidated homes. The Red Fort is Delhi first ancient city.
