Bulgarian and Hungarian staff friendly and efficient. Tour guides generally good in local locations. Our tour directour was excellent.
Great trip! The only negatives were: (1) the location of the hotel in Paris was poor, being a good bit away from all the sightseeing attractions, and (2) spending all morning in Lyon before boarding the train to Paris was a waste of time.
