Tour Itinerary
Every day is Hawaiian shirt day on this ultimate vacation to Hawaii and its lush, tropical islands. How else would you dress for palm-lined beaches, breezy scenic cruises, and traditional luaus with haupia and hula? Even your loudest prints will serve as camouflage as you journey through the resplendent rainforests of Oahu, Maui, Kauai, and the Big Island of Hawaii. A kaleidoscope of hues for the eyes, the Hawaiian Islands equally spread the wonder across all senses. The sweet fragrance of orchids and jasmine fill the air, the sounds of crashing waves and plucking ukuleles can be heard for miles, and the taste of rich Kona coffee, and fresh Hawaiian malasadas are worth the trip alone. Leading you to verdant valleys and sky-high volcanoes, sprawling plantations and scenic parks, and historic museums and heart-warming memorials, this tour of Hawaii is as beautiful as your boldest Hawaiian shirt.

Question: On your free day in Maui does the tour company offer a tour to see the sunrise at Haleakala Mt.
Question: Does your company package include lodging, meals and round trip air.
Question: How many suitcases can I take with me on my trip?
Question: Is Airfare Included in the Price?
Accommodations were very nice, Sheraton Maui is exceptional. Good value for the price and inclusions. Transportation is excellent. Highly recommend this itinerary.
The Globus Small Group tour of four Hawaiian Islands were action packed. It was a great tour to see a lot in a short amount of days. The Globus tour director was very great. Pam was there when we needed she. She answered all our questions and help when we needed it. The hotels we stay at were good to great. I would have like more optional tours maybe the Covid-19 limited them. Being from Texas we thought the weather was a little cool and the ocean/pool water was cold for late April and early May. We will keep The Globus Group was a option for our 2023 Tomball Travelers tour.
This was our first tour since the start of covid and we felt very safe. Everyone wore masks on the bus, in the stores and in most public places and the entire tour group was vaccinated. We also had our temperatures checked each time before going to the airport. There were a couple of changes due to covid (the coffee plantation wasn't accepting bus groups and we had some connecting rather than direct flights between islands) but not as much as we had been prepared for. The Tour Director seemed to be more concerned about this than we were.
Travel to Hawaii during Covid was wonderful, yet difficult. It was extraordinarily problematic for the operator to meet the schedule of events, because of changes imposed by the state of Hawaii on a day to day basis. Several of the experiences scheduled were canceled because of these changes. Globus made every effort to compensate the group for the loss of events. Pam Thompson, the tour leader, did an absolutely fantastic job of dealing with these changes and she fought for her clients. I was impressed by her even temperament even in the environment that was not conducive to travel. Pam is obviously experienced, professional and empathetic.
Grand Hawaii tour was wonderful. I do wish we had used our extra days to relax more! I would not recommend the Circle tour of Oahu. Just very very rushed when instead we could have enjoyed the beautiful beach at Waikiki. Our tour director Randy at Globus was fantastic. My favorite island was Maui, just for the beautiful swimming beaches. We did Road to Hana with Valley Isle excursions. Nice tour but I do wish we would have gone clockwise, as it was pouring by the time we got to the waterfalls. I did not do the sunrise tour on Maui, but others that did would not recommend it. It arrived several hours before sunrise, which was weird as there was both to do and they couldn't wait on the bus. If you do it bring hats, gloves and heavy clothes and shoes.
Pam the tour director was outstanding!!!! Hotel on the Island of Hawaii needs improvement - food was excellent but rooms were dirty and need updating - hotel too remote as was the hotel on Kauai - too remote. Food on the whole trip was excellent - would have liked to have more optional tours like Napali coast
Although the tour guide's handling of the group of 43 people was excellent, we prefer smaller tour groups (like 24). That is a personal preference.
Keith was wonderful and Pam, the Globus tour director was wonderful.
The fourth island, Kauai, was not on par with the the other three islands in terms of activities available, nearby shopping/restaurants/quality of resort--that part of the trip was not really worth the additional funds expended to be there
This was our fourth trip with Globus, and excellent as always. Our guide was excellent, helpful, organized, and pleasant to be around. As long as Globus has a trip that matches our needs, we would book with them again.
Globus is THE BEST! Kudos to them. This is our third trip with them and I have been recommending them to many family and friends. Because we had a very late flight from our recent Hawaii trip leaving at 11:55 p.m., Globus gave us and six fellow travelers a room AT NO EXPENSE TO US to relax in and keep our personal belongings. They also had the hotel, Sheraton Maui, supply towels, wash cloths, shampoo, conditioner& body wash should we need these items. I did request if there was some place to rest and relax in before our long flight home and Globus really came through over and above expectations! Greatly appreciated! Our tour guide also provided service over and above our expectations. He may have helped us get the room. All in all, the trip was absolutely wonderful.
We have used Affordable for many trips and they do an excellent job. They are professional and follow through.
Sheraton in Kona: room had a musty, moldy odor. Several Very small beige colored bugs crawled on night stand where several of my bags were located as well as a glass of water. Last morning a large roach was crawling on my night stand. The location, pool, housekeeping, and restaurants at this location was excellent. Other Sheraton hotels on Waikiki, Maui and Kauai were also amazing and conveniently located on beautiful beaches.
Excellent trip. Only disappointment were some of the flights, we were not sitting together.
We really enjoyed our selves immensely. What a wonderful trip. Our guide was exquisite so knowledgeable of everything. The drivers were a trip, they had us laughing so hard, and the way they handle those big rigs is beyond me. They could turn on a dime. Our accommodations we great, all with a ocean view. Some people paid to get a whole ocean view, heck its a big ocean its all the same weather your're looking at all of it or a little bit of it. Our room at the hotel on the big island was really cool. Geez, you could sleep an army in there, I slept on the balcony cause I love the sound of the ocean and the nice cool air especially when they were have snow storms back home. BUT, even though there was cold snow when I got home, it was nice to get back. I love the seasons changes. Wouldn't change it for love nor money. Our crew we travelled with was a group of all sorts of people from all sorts of lives from all parts of the country.
We were very happy with our Hawaiian trip. We wanted to learn a lot about several Islands and this tour filled the bill.....Suggestions for future people who may take this trip...1. Know that you will have several airports experiences (going through an airport for a twenty minute ride or a 4 hour ride... IT IS STILL AN AIRPORT!...We were in 9 airports total. 2. The hotels were gorgeous but we were traveling as three guests in one room. We understood that we would be able to get a roll-away for the third guest. We were not able to get the third bed in three hotels. Hotels had double and not queen size beds so made for uncomfortable sleeping.
This tour was fantastic. The only negative I have is the air arrangements and I understand this is done through a third party. Knowing this, I will book my own air in the future.
On the Globus tour our guide was excellent. We had a GREAT time in Hawaii. Everything was well planned, the meals were excellent, and we are glad we took the trip. Thank you to our agent and our tour guide for helping to make this a once in a life time trip.
I had an Awesome time on our Grand Hawaiian Vacation. Each Island was just so beautiful. We had great weather. Our tour Director did such an awesome job, in juggling all our different needs and wants. She did go the extra mile for us. We also had outstanding Bus Drivers. In June will be our next tour. I know it will be another wonderful tour. I love Traveling with Globus
