Question: How large is the group on this tour Downunder discover 20 day
Question: I see the 20 day Australian tour departs on the same days as the 23 day Australian / Fiji tour. Is this the same exact tour without the 3 days in Fiji?
Question: How many suitcases can I take with me on my trip?
Question: Is Airfare Included in the Price?
The tour guide was very knowledgeable and professional. The drivers were above expectations. Rooms and meals were great. Would use Affordable Tours and Globus again.
All went well on our trip to New Zealand and Australia. The hotels, transportation, and included meals were all very good. Our tour guide could not have been better. Globus came through with flying colors!! I'd gladly book with your group again.
From the signing up with Affordable tours to the day before departure, I felt that any questions were answered and that I was prepared with the appropriate information to make the most of my travel plans. It was a fabulous trip with so much to see and do. There were no problems or disappointments. The accommodations were comfortable and above average. The hotels had us pre-checked. There was no waiting in lines. Transportation was always right on time and staff was very friendly and accomodating. Our tour guide was the best. Erika was wonderful, always available, very informative, willing to help with any alternate plans. She was courteous, patient, accommodating, helpful and fun. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone having an interest.
Globus trip was outstanding. We would recommend Globus . Thanks Rich and linda
Globus always delivers what ever its brochures say. Very happy with the tour and tour director Pam was superb. However Globus doesn't treat its return customer with extra care. We have taken more than 7 trips with Globus still we don't get any loyalty points or better treatment or price discounts.
This was a jam packed adventure. The itinerary was lively and good. We saw all the major sights and had some amazing experiences. The accommodations were also very good. The Globus Tour Director, Karen, was exceptional.
A very good trip experience; could have been better if Globus would point out before the trio which hotels have self laundry services so we don't have to guess how many days of clothes to pack. Also Globus tend to overcharge the optional excursions compared to local operators. Those optional trips also tend to be very crowded, sometimes over 50 people with pickups at various hotels. Quite a few local tour operators offer maximum 30 in a smaller bus, which makes it easier to be on time and thus more time for sight seeing or breaks, at a lower price.
The trip was well planned and executed. However, Globus booked too many people on this tour. The coaches were crowded, the restaurants were crowded, and the tours that we took were crowded. We enjoyed the trip but would have had a much better experience with a smaller group.
I have traveled extensively and have high expectations when it comes to taking trips as a solo traveler overseas. Throughout the years, I have been fortunate to have had many amazing adventures. This recent trip will always be one of my favorites due to the number of wonderful experiences -- from booking the trip to snorkeling the Great Barrier Reef, seeing Mt. Cook in all its glory, eating kangaroo tail in the outback, meeting terrific people, and having no mishaps along the way! Thank you for the memories!
We usually do our own tours. This was our first group tour and it exceeded our expectations. Our tour guide was exceptionally good.
This NZ-Australia tour was delivered almost exactly as I expected. We covered a lot of ground in a very professional manner and we saw everything we expected. Our tour host, transportation and accomodations were all first class.
