DAY 2, Tuesday - Arrive in Casablanca, Transfer to Rabat
Arrive in Casablanca this morning and transfer to Rabat. On arrival, check into your hotel and spend the afternoon at leisure. Tonight, attend an orientation meeting with your Tour Manager at approximately 7 PM, followed by dinner. We recommend that you select flights which arrive in no later than 3:40 PM

DAY 3, Wednesday - Rabat City Tour, Asilah en route to Tangier
This morning, take a city tour of Rabat, Morocco's capital. Visit the Oudaya Kasbah, the Oudaya National Museum of Ornaments, showcasing an exquisite collection of decorative pieces from intricate jewelry and finely crafted metalwork to delicate ceramics and textiles, and the Hassan Tower. Following lunch, travel to Tangier stopping along the way in Asilah. Tour this fortified town on the Atlantic Coast with its history dating back to 1500 BC. Stroll through the narrow streets of the medina and view Raissouni Palace. Afterward, continue to Tangier for overnight

DAY 4, Thursday - Caves of Hercules, Explore Tangier
Begin the day with a drive to Cap Spartel, located at the entrance to the Strait of Gibraltar, offering panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and Atlantic Ocean. Then, visit the Caves of Hercules. Afterward, return to Tangier for a city tour. Visit Borj dar el Baroud and the Tangier American Legation, a five-story mansion located in the medina and the only American National Historic Landmark outside the U.S. Experience the atmosphere of the Grand Soco, Tangier's largest market, as well as the legendary Kasbah

DAY 5, Friday - Tetouan en route to M'Diq
Depart Tangier and travel to the Mediterranean town of M'Diq. Along the way, stop in the multicultural city of Tetouan, nestled in the foothills of the Rif Mountains. Wander through the Spanish influenced medina with its Jewish, Andalusian and Berber quarters. Visit the Ethnographic Museum and the Royal Artisan School, which offers a comprehensive education in craftsmanship. Here, master artisans teach children skills that are passed on to the next generation, thus preserving the ancient arts and techniques. Afterward, taste local products before continuing the drive. Arrive in M'Diq and spend free time for lunch on your own. Later, check into your room. Tonight, dinner is at the hotel

DAY 6, Saturday - Discover Chefchaouen, Travel to Fez
Depart M'Diq and head south to Fez. Along the way stop at Chefchaouen, nestled in Morocco's Rif Mountains. The city known as "The Blue Pearl," is painted in various shades of blue, a custom that dates back to the 15th century, when an influx of Jews escaping the Spanish Inquisition settled in Chefchaouen. They brought along the tradition of painting buildings blue to mirror the sky and remind them of God. Afterward, continue to Fez, one of the four imperial cities of Morocco, for dinner and overnight

DAY 7, Sunday - Tour Fez
The exploration of Fez begins at Borj Sud, offering panoramic views of the city. Enter via the Bab Boujloud, or "Blue Gate," and visit Fes el Bali Medina, a UNSECO World Heritage Site. After visiting the Al Attarine Madrasa, stop at a tanner's workshop to see how leather is cut and dyed using traditional techniques. View the famed Karaouine Mosque and University, the oldest continuously functioning university in the world, Moulay Idriss mausoleum, and visit the Nejjarine Fountains and Museum. Afterward, step into the historic Seffarine Hammam, one of the oldest bathhouses in Fez. Later, you will have an opportunity to shop for authentic Moroccan carpets. DAY 8, Monday - Cross Middle Atlas Mountains, Drive to Bin El Ouidane
Your day of exploration begins with a long drive into Morocco's Middle Atlas Mountains towards Bin El Ouidane. Ascend scenic roads, past cedar and oak forests. Stop for lunch in Beni Mellal, located in the heart of Morocco. This evening, upon arrival in Bin El Ouidane, take an orientation tour of the town. Afterward, check into the hotel for dinner and overnight

DAY 9, Tuesday - Ouzoud Falls, Travel to Marrakesh
Today, admire Morocco's natural beauty. During the scenic drive to Ouzoud, pass by olive groves of the Tadla plains and rolling foothills. Stop at a Berber family's home for mint tea and an authentic cultural exchange. Afterward, visit the famous Ouzoud Waterfalls, a 330-foot high falls surrounded by thousands of olive trees. There will be free time for lunch on your own. Later, travel to Marrakesh and check in to your hotel

DAY 10, Wednesday - Marrakesh City Tour, Majorelle Gardens, Dar el Bacha, Le Jardin Secret
Discover historic Marrakesh today. Begin at Majorelle Gardens and then visit Koutoubia, a 12th century mosque and minaret. Continue to Dar el Bacha Palace & Museum, built by Pasha Thami el Glaoui in the early 1900's. View exhibits on Moroccan culture and admire the zellige mosaic tilework of the palace. Afterward, walk through the colorful souks to Le Jardin Secret, dating back to the Saadian dynasty. Later, visit an argan oil shop. End the morning with a stroll through the medina. Watch artisans perform their craft before arriving at Djemaa el Fna Square, a dazzling display of acrobats, story tellers, and snake charmers. This evening, head to the medina to attend a cooking class in an authentic Riad. Afterward, experience the tranquility of the Palmeraie, a palm oasis outside of Marrakesh, as you ride in Berber style through the valley of lush palm groves on a dromedary, a member of the camel family. Passengers arriving to Casablanca on day 2 should select flights that arrive no later than 3:40 PM. Rabat is approximately a 1.5 hour drive from the Casablanca airport.
