  • Split: Standard boats will have sun-decks so you can soak up the sunlight. Premium boats have larger sundecks with a mid-weekly linen service. And as the name suggests - Luxe boats have bigger rooms and a special food menu.
  • Split: Yep, all bedrooms on the boats have air conditioning. They’re small and fit perfectly into the cabins (and work great for a quick cool down).
  • Split: All rooms are fitted with an ensuite. The premium boats tend to have bigger bathrooms.
  • Split: If the weather gods are on our side (which they usually are), we should be docking back up in Split at 3PM.
  • Split: Yes, mostly. If you’ve booked together with a partner or a friend on a twin-share trip, you’ll be roomed together. If you’re travelling with your friends on a multi-share trip, and have made separate bookings, don’t forget to tell our 24/7 support team that you’re travelling together. The Trip Manager will always try their best to put you in the same room. But please note, this can’t always be guaranteed.

Question: How many suitcases can I take with me on my trip?

Each person is allowed one "check-in," and one "carry-on." Remember to take all valuables with you as "carry-on", because electronic equipment, cameras, laptops, jewelry, business documents and money are not covered by the airlines' liability, so always carry them aboard with you.

Question: Is Airfare Included in the Price?

Airfare from your point of origin to and from the trip is not included in the land price.

Prepare to spend more than usual on a Contiki tour.

We were lucky that the group of people with were good, but it was a large group tour and did have some of the downfalls of a trip of that nature, like frequent breaks for the bathroom, difficulty when eating out together, and getting things on and off the coach. The trip was still great and a good value for the money.

It was a good value and the experiences included were worth it. The only part that wasn't the best were the accommodations as it was hit and miss. Half of the hotels on the trip were okay, and the other half were really nice.
