Question: I am curious about the optional activities and the price list for these.
Question: Could you please tell me the difference between a small group tour and a regular classic tour
Question: In this tour do we see castles?
Question: Are any excursions or entrances included in package?
Question: How many suitcases can I take with me on my trip?
Question: Is Airfare Included in the Price?
Our tour guide was incredible! Very knowledgeable and friendly.
Our tour director and driver were top notch!! The accommodations were at best average. Many were old and outdated and not easily accessible to attractions. Many of the optional excursions were very disappointing and the meals that were included again were average to subpar.
The tour was packed with sights just as stated. We were blessed with the best guide. She shared an incredible amount of information and took great care of us.
This trip provided me with a unique experience in the countiries of my foremothers and fathers. I learnt so much from our guide and our bus driver was wonderful.
Very professional, well planned, great price/value relationship.
Loved the tour.
As usual Cosmos delivered an excellent trip!! The hotels, food, tour guide, bus driver & trip itinerary were all excellent!!
Busy but expected plenty of free time
cosmos tour highlights of ireland and scotland was wonderful and memorable. service of cosmos is excellent important travel document and information was very helpful.
Note: Ireland and Scotland are not handicap friendly I do not need a wheelchair but am limited due to a back problem. I found Hotels with no lifts were not identified before booking restaurants had rest rooms down or up a flight of stairs there were no. I prefer Hotels in City limits when in a city I am willing to pay more I also prefer tours that stay 2-3 days in 1 location. In my opinion this tour was great but not necessarily friendly to disabled or older people. The tour guide knowledge was superior and it was good value for the money
Excellent itinerary!
Most hotels did not have air-condition, it was cool but not cool enough to sleep. Fans were provided, if asked for, made most nights bearable. A hotel I stayed in Scotland, before Edinburgh, was terrible! This hotel should be removed from the list. The room was not clean, bedding skirts needed to be replaced and the beds were really bad! I will not take another Cosmos trip.
tour guide excellent. Too little time to view items mentioned in description if tour . Just stopped for 1-2 hours in some places.
The Cosmos tour director was very knowledgeable, and the bus driver was very helpful, they made a great team.
I was not very impressed with the Scotland tour. It was poorly planned. Way too much bus time. Two days on the road and only stopping for lunch/rest stops in gas stations. Yuk! I would book with Cosmos again based on previous experience.
10 HOUR BUS TRIP ON FIRST AND LAST DAY WITH NO SIGHTS. LAST HOTEL ROOM IN LONDON WAS TOO SMALL WITH OLD FURNITURE AND AN AWFUL BATHROOM. TOUR NEED A START OPTION IN EDINBURGH AND/OR A END OPTION IN GLASGOW. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TRIP
Our trip was great!
It shouild be explained that a "taste of Scotland" is mainly sightseeing from the bus.
We did not stop to see things. We were on the coach almost the whole week. It seemed like we paid for them to drive us to see Scotland.
We must read the Cosmos itinerary very carefully before we book. The itinerary said Glasgow was our last day, but in reality we didn\'t arrive in Glasgow until 6:30pm and then our dinner at the hotel was scheduled for 7:30pm then we departed for London at 8a.m. the next morning. So there was no time whatsoever to see the city of Glasgow.

Hotels were too far from town, too much time on bus and not enough town time, no hot water in one hotel, some hotel staff was rude, fire alarm went at 10:30 pm with no one around for instructions, seemed more concerned about driving by everything instead of spending time at places
