Tour Itinerary

This combination of our popular faith-based vacations, “Fátima, Lourdes & Shrines of Spain” and “Spiritual Highlights of Italy,” is ideal to experience the most treasured shrines of Europe. Start your journey with the visit of the Portuguese capital, Lisbon; experience the peacefulness of the Fátima sanctuary, and the monumental stairway of the Bom Jesus du Monte Sanctuary in Braga. Continuing to Spain, take in the spiritual atmosphere of the pilgrimage destination of Santiago de Compostela and of the Burgos Cathedral. Hear the story of St. Ignacio, founder of the Jesuit Order, in Loyola and Monresa, where he lived and worked. Take advantage of the opportunity to collect in prayer at the Marian Sanctuaries of Lourdes, France and Montserrat, Catalonia, before witnessing the lively beauty of Barcelona and flying to Rome, the center of Christianity. Attend the Papal Audience (subject to availability) and see Rome’s four major basilicas, along with the Holy Steps and the Papal summer residence in Castel Gandolfo. Follow in the footsteps of the most celebrated Italian saints: St. Francis in his hometown, Assisi, and St. Pio of Pietrelcina in San Giovanni Rotondo. Spend time at the Marian Sanctuary of Loreto and discover the hillside town of Cascia, St. Rita’s hometown. Mass will be celebrated at most shrines with many opportunities for reflection and prayer.

We were happy with our Cosmos Trip to the Canyonlands. The Tour director, Craig Cherry, Kurt(bus driver) were pleasant and professional.

The tour guide did not provide itinerary details in a timely manner. Accommodations were good value.

It was a life-changing trip, visiting the holy sites in Italy, reaffirming the faith that I was raised to embrace and love.

-tour guide was not available most of the time when we were off the bus -hotel in Glasgow was not up to par, mold in bath, small bath, dusty, peeling wallpaper, dirty walls, bugs flying around, filthy carpet, shower head did not work properly, dirty window sills, bed sheets had holes etc

Most of the hotel locations are far from city centers, not convenient to travel to by walking, should use public transportation or uber/taxi.

Brenda was great. Cosmos was great and that same trip was priced much less with Brenda than other agents I compared. I highly recommend this tour - it is a busy-see-a-lot-of-Europe deal.

Cosmos always does an excellent job, that's why I've traveled with them 19 times!! Their hotel rooms & breakfast buffets are usually all excellent!! Excellent tour guides & drivers too!!

I highly recommend Cosmos Tours. The travel consultant was so helpful and very quick to answer any questions. Our tour guide was very attentive to all guest needs and went above and beyond. Our bus driver was also very accommodating and patient and also responded to our requests. Both were awesome!!

I've been traveling with Cosmos since 2005 & have never had a bad trip with them!! They are very reliable, from the start of a trip, meeting your transfer agent @ the arrival airport, to the end of the trip, being transferred back, to the departure airport!! All hotels & included meals are excellent quality, as well as the included tours, tour guides, & Cosmos bus drivers!!

I have been with several Cosmos tours and will continue with Cosmos.

So far I've traveled with Cosmos 18 times!! That should say something!!

The experience with Affordabletours is amazing. It was more than it was as advertised. The guide is superb with her knowledge, courtesy and make the trip very interesting and valuable. The driver was so professional and very good that our trip was smooth and convenient. Next year, 2024 I look forward to book again with them and make referrals. Great company that you can trust.

Everything was great! Our tour guide and driver were top notch! Very knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely travel with Cosmos again!

My trip was great! Cosmos provided a great experience and I saw so much over the last two weeks! Very happy with the experience and what i paid for!

Great experience! Tour driver and guides are very professional, efficient, accommodating, and friendly. Visited places as advertised.
