Dating back to the 7th century, Kraków is known as Poland’s most beautiful city and cultural capital. Here, the sightseeing tour features the Market Square, one of Europe’s loveliest squares, along with Wawel Hill. Gdansk is a beautiful port city on the Baltic Sea, which played an important role in recent history by facilitating the events that brought to the fall of the Berlin wall. You’ll visit the monastery of Jasna Góra in Czestochowa, an important pilgrimage spot. Its Black Madonna, a painting of the Virgin Mary, is a symbol of the country and venerated as the "Queen of Poland." You'll also visit what is left of the Auschwitz concentration camp, a chilling reminder of the Holocaust. Take a breath of fresh air on the included excursion to Zakopane, a mountain resort in the Tatras, a favorite holiday spot for locals and visitors. Question: How many suitcases can I take with me on my trip?
Question: Is Airfare Included in the Price?
The hotels are very far from the city centre. Time consuming trip. Too many local guides. Besides 1,5 hours of old town tours, nothing for cultural seeing. No time to visit museums, castles, churches. Very little information about Poland's economy, working life, social life, educational system. Need more knowladgeable guide.
Accommodations in 2 cities were far from the the cities center. Their staffs could benefit from some Hospitality Training as well. But, beds were comfortable and rooms were clean and we were tired. But, you asked.
We enjoyed our visit to Poland. It was extensive and we saw much of the country. Although our experience was positive overall, we had several disappointments. We did not realize that there would be well over thirty participants. Several needed extra help and time. We had anticipated about a dozen people. Also, the hotels, although very nice, were located far from the city centers. We could not easily visit the city centers without a time consuming trip by bus or taxis.
The overall experience was wonderful. The sites we visited far exceeded our expectations. The meals were terrific and the bus driver and tour guide, Anita, was incredible. She was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and really looked out for all of us. She deserves a huge commendation.
The Jewels of Poland tour by Cosmos was great and the tour guide was very helpful.
I recommend that the stay at Poznan be two nights; one night is inadequate for the 3rd largest city in Poland.
We had an exceptional tour guide and bus driver. Accommodations were excellent. Breakfast was excellent .We found exceptional local food on our own and had a wonderful visit. Although, now it seems so surreal that we were even there!! We are ready to go back or try somewhere new. It was a dream come true for my mom and I to visit the homeland of my ancestors. We had a wonderful time!

Not sure, hotels are very fair, far away from anything in strange areas. Local tour guides were very fair to a few that were very good. Food was nearly the same average cafateria quality meal daily. Add on excursions were expensive and not exactly what they were described as.
