Our guide was great. The best! Our driver was fantastic. Great trip!
My grandson and I enjoyed the entire trip and stayed two extra days in Las Vegas. We had great driver and tour director. We both learned a lot of information in addition to enjoying seeing all the National Parks. Thank Heaven we didn't get trapped in Yellowstone and the re-toute to Jackson, WY was nothing short of a miracle for you to pull off.
This was a fast paced trip which gave us a great perspective on which Parks we want to go back to independently. Our tour director was amazing. Very knowledgeable and approachable. She took some extra steps to assure we were having a great experience.
I was so please and happy with my National park tours. The parks were so awesome. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable on the parks and areas around the parks. She kept us busy with DVDs and talking about the legends of people and Indian tribes while on the bus. She made sure we hard our food and snacks on us Foy the more isolated places we stayed at. All the room were extremely clean. I felt safe the the bus driver driving. I can't say enough about this trip, will recommend it to my family and friends. My trip was on cosmos.
The tour director gave us great information and direction the entire trip taking great care for us, A+ and the bus driver was great too,A+
The experience of the tour director is critical to managing 44 people. Our tour director was extremely diligent in obtaining the best experience for us at all locations.
The tour guide & driver were great! The itinerary was comprehensive and exceeded our expectations. Some of the accomodations were not comfortable for us. some considered them "quaint", for us they were not satisfactory. Good balance of leisure but the schedule was very full.
Really enjoyed the trip. Would highly recommend it to anyone. The tour guide and driver were a wonderful team and made sure we all had a great time.
Super tour...Loved both the driver (Randy) and tour director (Dan). Only issue was that Dan gave waaay too much information. Information that was not necessary so we missed out on the important facts he mixed in. I did not receive my tour package until I got home...It was sent to my old address and was even delivered there after I left on June 1st. I had given my new info right after I moved in January. On the whole, loved all the folks that were on the tour, weather could not have been better, and loved the extras we could purchase, especially the raft ride.
Wonderful sights. Stops for lunch were not always acceptable. The driver was exceptional. The tour guide was very helpful but his shuddering made it sometimes hard to understand and concentrate on. He made us miss the Museum excursion $40.00. We specifically asked him the day before if we booked this tour, but he said he did not have the list. He also said to check our email, but I told him we did not receive an email yet. The next morning, after we missed this excursion, he said sorry but no refunds! Unacceptable!!! Danial took our excursion sheets at the beginning of the tour and never returned them. We received an email dated after this excursion was missed.
We couldn't be happier with our experience from start to finish. Everything was as expected, minimum, but usually exceeded expectations.
