We were taken cared of from the first day until to transfer to the airport. Our TD made sure that we are always on time and I saw his point and the advantage of being on the tour site early! It was so nice to tour around and take pictures with not so many people around. We were also privileged to have a physics teacher drove us to the airport! He's more than qualified to be a TD!

Our tour guides were awesome. extremely knowledgeable and had a great personality. She puts her guest first. She is the best guide I have been around.

I'm an experienced, independent traveler and this was actually my first experience taking a packaged group tour. I thought the entire package was very well organized and managed by the tour operator. Although I would have liked some additional free time at several places, I thought this tour was a great introduction to Greece.

I booked this tour based on my last year's experience with Trafalgar. The bar was set high. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this tour. I paid extra for single supplement and I would think I would be treated the same. The accommodations were a disappointment. The hotel rooms at both Hilton in particular were not cleaned. It looked like rooms have not been in used for a long time. Bath rooms had mold. It was about an inch dust on every thing. Hilton Arabella was not an ideal location as well. In Frankfurt did not do much at all. There was not much time spent in Oberammergau, Insburg, Salzburg. Viennna would have loved to see and do more. The train ride in alpes was not what I expected. I love the fact that Trafalgar partnered up with small businesses, hidden gems to get the experience in real life such as strudel making work shop etc. On the bus while traveling together, some people have been traveling for last month and so and were sick (cold and flu) and got others sick as well as they kept coughing without covering their mouths and got others too. I got it too and I was not well at all and could not travel via bus when we were leaving from Salzburg to Vienna as the bus trip was an all day affair. I had to make my own arrangements to go via direct train followed by Taxi to Vienna hotel and rest to be better. I paid from my own pocket. For meals I requested either seafood or vegetarian. The best meals were on first night welcome dinner, vinnease dinner and orchestra. The rest of the meals were a disappointment and I was surprised especially in metropolitan areas. There were not much choices. I have this trip booked a while ago, one would think that meals request would have been accommodated. Suggestions for future consideration: 1) create a trip options where solo travelers are well accommodated. 2) do away with single supplement (it looks like a fine to be a solo traveler) 3) bus mechanical engineering to allow for bus air not to circulate but instead a single pass ( I am assuming this based on current bus design) 4) invest a bit more in cultural experience with more than one option. 5) hotels to be centrally located 6) meals are to be better planned with options suitable for people who do not eat meat or have halal meat options available
