Question: How many suitcases can I take with me on my trip?
Question: Is Airfare Included in the Price?
This is my first tour with a touring company and it was the best ever! Our guide and bus driver were top notch. I liked it so well I have scheduled another tour with the same company again in July.
This 20-day adventure allowed us to experience the full length of Norway and Sweden and to go beyond capitals and museums. One-third of the trip was above the arctic circle where we were able to see reindeer feeding on the tundra and watch the sun set over the arctic ocean from the most northern point of Europe! We also enjoyed learning from our fellow travelers on the coach from Australia, the USA, the Philippines, South Africa, India, Canada and New Zealand!

Triple the budget for daily expenses. A cup or coffee will run you $6.50; to use the restroom $1; and, lunch/dinner meals are not cheap budget around $50 a person per day. While the entire trip was a great experience, the bus trip leaves a lot to be be desired. For example, on one of the many bathroom stops (at least twice a day) we were given 15 minutes to enter and use the single restroom - there were 40 people on the bus! Lunch breaks (30-45 minutes a day) are scheduled at expensive gift shops and stopping is based on the bus drivers ability to schedule his driving times. Three of the hotels had showers that allowed you to insert one leg at a tme, wash, and rinse - this is not a joke. Most hotels were adequate, but three or four left a lot to be desired. The tour director, on the first day of the adventure told us that " When you travel remember that a foreign country is not designed to make you comfortable. It is designed to make its own people comfortable." MOST IMPORTANT: Make sue you understand the terms Visit, See, and View. It is difficult to see and view at 70 miles an hour - but you'll be given 5 minutes stops in places to get off the bus, take a photo and re-board the bus, however, there will be many times when there are 2-20 buses taking the same photos in the same 5 minute period of time. Would I take this trip again, NO. However, I might try Trafalgar again with the knowledge I gained on this trip.
