We had an excellent experience on this trip. Our only complaint was the first hotel in Rome was fine but not prepared to serve the large amount of people breakfast and we were unable to even get coffee after waiting in line. The second hotel we stayed in for six nights in Tuscany was in dire need of updating and was the worst hotel we have ever stayed in on a tour. There were no drawers or place to put luggage and it was very disappointing and depressing. That said, the trip otherwise was great. Super itinerary, fabulous tour director and driver and we would highly recommend this tour hoping they will respond to the feedback and book better accommodations. We LOVED this trip and are glad we took it. Would give it five stars except for the hotels.
