DAY 1, Saturday - Arrive in Rarotonga, Cook Islands
Arrive in Avarua, Rarotonga, capital of the Cook Islands. Transfer to your hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure

DAY 2, Sunday - Full Day in Rarotonga
Spend your first full day in the South Pacific at leisure, enjoying the tropical turquoise waters and the amenities at your resort, or explore Rarotonga on your own

DAY 3, Monday - Full Day in Rarotonga
Relax with the day at leisure, or participate in the optional Half Day Rarotonga Island Tour, an introduction to the island, led by a local guide. Travel along the Ara Metua, or "Road of Toi," built in 1050 AD. Then, stop at a local shop for refreshments and a demonstration on the many uses of the coconut tree. Continue on to view the first limestone churches ever built on the islands, the Garden of the Seven Canoes at Avana Passage, as well as Black Rock - a volcanic boulder on the edge of the lagoon, traditionally believed to be the departure point of spirits to the afterlife

DAY 4, Tuesday - Full Day in Rarotonga
Today is free to explore independently, or participate in the optional Highland Paradise Cultural Center Tour. Drive along the hilltop ridge in the 600-year-old village of Arorangi that was once home to the tribe of the High Chief, Tinomana Ariki. Known as the "Lost Village," the Highland Paradise is locally owned and operated by the descendants of those who once lived there. Watch a film and learn about the local history at the museum theatre before strolling through the sacred village. Take the interactive and historical Tapu-ae Tour, or the "Footprints of our Ancestors"

DAY 5, Wednesday - Full Day in Rarotonga
Enjoy the day on your own, or participate in the optional Full Day Aitutaki Tour with Lunch. Embark on a South Pacific adventure with a 50-minute flight to Aitutaki, a Cook Island with white sand beaches, blue waters, and uninhabited islets to explore. Board a traditionally designed catamaran and slowly cruise across the Motu Akaiami, a popular Hollywood filming location. Continue on to a protected marine reserve and snorkel with tropical fish and giant clams. Savor a lunch of barbequed fish, locally sourced seasonal produce, tropical fruit, and freshly baked bread. This evening, board your return flight to Rarotonga

DAY 6, Thursday - Full Day in Rarotonga
Spend the day at leisure. Enjoy live music while you dine, taking in the flavorful umu platter of freshly prepared local dishes

View the abundant sea life and have a chance to snorkel in the Titikaveka Lagoon. View an impressive coconut tree climbing show and husking demonstration before a lunch featuring barbeque fish, fresh salads, and tropical fruits

The Radisson Hotel was way above expectations and all others were very nice. The bus with wifi and charging ability was very nice and allowed me to share the trip with others while traveling. The food was extremely good and many more choices than expected. All flights, pickups and delivery were accomplished on time and with ease. The bag handlers were always there and made everything run smoothly with little effort on my part.
