Question: How many suitcases can I take with me on my trip?
Question: Is Airfare Included in the Price?
We just had a great experience on this trip! Great itinerary! The land gaming drives and water cruise safaris were amazing where we saw wild animals roaming in their natural habitat. The tour of Cape Town, Cape Peninsula and Johannesburg were very good too!! Our Gate1 tour director was professional, helpful and really took care of our needs. The hotels we stayed at were very good and in good locations. We had good food in South Africa. Overall, it was great and we would highly recommend it!
We have done a lot of guided tours and this was by far one of the best ones we have taken in our many years of travel. We definitely made the right choice in taking the Zimbabwe and Botswana extension, and the amount of value we got for the money was unbelievable. Many of our friends have done Africa vacations and ours was by far the best value. We were very pleased with Gate 1 and will definitely choose them for another trip.
was amazing.
Although I had a good experience with the booking, we did have a terrrible experience with a woman on the tour. She was rude and consistently interuppted the guide to give her own opinions numerable matters. She insulted Americans and argued with others on the tour causing us to feel extremely uncomfortable. She was asked several times very politely to refrain from being nasty (i.e., to be "peacful") to no avail. Very argumentative and totally out of line with her nasty comments. I felt like the guide had her hands tied about how much she could do to deal with this person. I don't understand why you just can't ask folks like this to leave a tour if all they want to do is criticize the guide and people on the tour. She was English and the rest of us were Americans. I would ban her from every using Gate 1 again!
this is the best trip we have taken so far in our life. we are looking forward to booking our next trip with this travel agency
Everything went according to plan, good itinerary, comfortable transportation, great tour manager.
