Arrive in Budapest, the capital city of Hungary that straddles the Danube River, and transfer to your hotel. Balance of the day is at leisure. Your tour will begin with an orientation meeting with your Tour Manager at approximately 6 PM, followed by a light dinner. We recommend that you select flights which arrive no later than 4 PM

DAY 3, Saturday - Budapest City Tour
Take a morning city tour of Budapest. Begin in Pest and continue to view the Parliament, Heroes' Square, and Market Hall before crossing the Danube to the Buda Hills. There, see the Royal Palace, visit Matthias Church and continue to the Fisherman's Bastion for panoramic views of the city. Afternoon is at leisure, or join the optional tour to the Parliament* and St. Stephen's Basilica. End the tour with a walk through the historic Great Market Hall. This evening, perhaps join the optional Danube dinner cruise*Be advised that you might not be able to book this optional tour locally, due to certain restrictions regarding the Parliament*For Mar 13 departure, due to public holiday optional tour Parliament, St. Stephen's & Great Market Hall will not be available.

DAY 4, Sunday - Vienna City Tour
Depart Hungary and travel through the Austrian countryside to Vienna, former center of the Habsburg Empire. Upon arrival in Vienna, take a panoramic tour of the city that begins with a drive along the Ringstrasse, Vienna's main boulevard, to view Hofburg Palace, the Opera House, the monument of Empress Maria Theresia, Votive Church, City Hall, and Parliament. Afterwards, continue to Schonbrunn Palace for a highlight tour. Tonight, don't miss the optional evening of Viennese culture in the "City of Music" featuring the classical masterpieces of Mozart and Strauss

DAY 7, Wednesday - Prague City Tour
A morning sightseeing tour of Prague includes a visit to the Royal Castle District at Hradcany, former residence of the Bohemian kings. Enjoy panoramic views of the city and Charles Bridge below as well as a visit to St. Vitus Cathedral. Following your visit, view St. George's Basilica, in the castle complex. This evening, savor dinner at a local restaurant

Today cross Saxony to the Baroque art city of Dresden, also known as "the Florence on the Elbe River." Spend the remainder of the day at leisure
