I liked the Christmas markets but the smaller ones were less crowded the the city markets. Peter the tour guide was very knowledgeable and his driver was excellent

There were two disappointments with the trip. One,, if you did not book the add on's we were on our own all day. Second, this was on a Sunday in Lucerne where everything is CLOSED. Discourage your customers from taking this trip when it ends up in Lucerne late on Saturday afternoon and you are there on Sunday. It is awful.

I recommend that for each of the experts that took us on tours walking tours that they have a written copy of their comments that we could receive electronically. These people were exceptionally knowledgeable and I would have appreciated an electronic version of their talk. I was not the only one that was interested in having this done so I think Trafalgar would be smart to include this.

Hotels and meals were consistently better than on previous tours with Trafalgar, and were very good.
