Nice ship, staff very good and it was a very reasonable trip.
Cameron provided exceptional customer service. We booked a 2019 fall riverboat cruise through Cameron and were so pleased with his expertise and customer service that we booked a last minute cruise to Bermuda within a few days. He was very helpful and we will definitely work with him in the future.
NCL consistency over delivers on their cabins, entertainment and cuisine.
The NCL Escape is a huge ship with crowds. That was expected, however the constant movements of masses of humanity and the loudness of the on-board entertainments did not allow for a calm vacations.
This was the largest ship we have been on with any of our 30+ cruises. We did not enjoy it as much as the smaller ships.
The NCL transatlantic cruise Rome to NY met every expectation aboard the Escape. Have sailed many times and the crew this trip was the most friendly we've ever experienced.
