It's the biggest marketplace in all of the Bahamas and covers 9.5 acres of land. The most popular stands to visit here include the Coconut & Fruit Daiquiri Stand and Daddy Brown's Conch and Seafood Stand.

  See history at Fort Fincastle

  Fort Fincastle is in Nassau and was built as a fortress to protect the island from possible pirates who wanted to invade. Lord Dunmore made it back in 1793, and today it's one of the most historical places to visit on the island. It's located right on Bennet's Hill to overlook the harbor and the town down below. Though the fort is relatively small, it's still worth visiting to learn more about its history. You may here some locals refer to the fort as Viscount Fincastle, which is its other name.
