Both our travel agent and I were taken off-guard by Princess' last minute change of ports. Roatan was replaced by Belize.

Services on the Regal Princess were prompt, friendly, polite, professional. There were no surprise hidden costs. Daily account reports were posted on the Princess private internet accessible by the Princess app. Prices were all reasonable. This was our first princess cruise in several years. The ship was outstanding, food was excellent and the service was very good. In all it was a wonderful experience. I would travel with princess again and, of course, to work with affordable tours. You guys are great.

Our trip truly exceeded our expectations! Our family of 3, which included a 16 year old boy, had a BLAST! All of our experiences were positive and provided a very insightful look into each country we visited. We are already trying to decide what to book next year. I would definitely book again.

Good cruise experience with Regal Princess.

the only complaint was the bed in the stateroom was extremely uncomfortable. But that wasn't an issue caused by your company

I would pay more attention to the ports that we docked at and how far away the city of attraction was, how long it takes to get there, the expense of getting there, and the difference of a tour provided by the ship and booking a tour on our own. I would suggest that Affordable Tours could offer aternatives to the ship tours.

IT WAS A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE, the staff at Princess Cruise lines was absolutely amazing. My friend and travel companion had lost her Passport. She could not start the voyage until 3 days later in Germany, but Princess folks really helped with all the information she needed to find a hotel and the American Consulate in Copenhagen, time to show up there, what to expect etc, absolutely amazing !

Best cruise ever with Princess; the Regal Princess is a very well run ship. Princess has strongly upgraded their show theater experience. Easiest embark, debark we have ever had.

Kia is always very accommodating and helpful. She is a total professional - handles everything with such a human touch as well!

Regal Princess did a nice job from early boarding (even without Elite status), to cabin, meals, entertainment, and disembarking.

We were disappointed with one of the specialty restaurants, the Crown Grill. We ordered ribeye steaks which were very salty. Although they gave us new steaks, these were very spicy. I normally don't have to specify in advance to hold the salt and spices. Restaurants usually advise if they are going to add significant flavoring to meats.

Princess is a great cruise line to travel with. food excellent, service great, and friendly staff.

Princess is a great cuise line, but many of the ships are getting bigger. Regal Princess holds about 4000 passengers which limits where it can dock. We prefer smaller ships.

Large number of passengers on this ship made for sometimes crowded conditions; about 1/3 of passengers were from tour groups and seemed to take over the ship with rude, loud, and pushy behavior.

The REGAL PRINCESS is a gorgeous ship. Although it can carry 4,000+ passengers, we never felt crowded. The food and desserts were very good.

Best Cruisetour. Regal Princess has the best food and entertainment of all the cruises taken. The Baltic cruise was outstanding and the tour to St. Petersburg was our best experience to date. Definitely recommend you add the 2-day tour to your bucket list. The Regal is by far Princess's best ship in the fleet!
