We received excellent attention and advice for our trip.

Our trip was absolutely perfect and everything went exactly as planned. The accommodations, the food, everything about it was absolutely amazing! I cannot wait to go again.!

Ship was too big and did not like the layout of it.

I can finally tick off sailing through the original Panama canal locks, from my bucket list. Thanks to our Travel Agent.

We took a cruise on the new Sun Princess. The ship is nice, but the room service did not meet our expectations. The menu was limited, and we stopped using room service. The food was good but not as good as on some of the other Princess cruises we have taken. We had some trouble with our air conditioning and our television kept blanking out. We were time limited on a lot of the excursions that we took. We went to see Stonehenge and there were so many people there it took us forever to get on the shuttle to the stones and only spent a short time looking at them before we had to get back to our bus. Then we stopped in Salisbury, and we tried to eat lunch but were not given enough time and it poured down rain. The cruise was weird because we got on in Athens, some people started in Rome, and some people started in Barcelona, so it was different than other cruises we have taken. The entertainment was ok, but they repeated some of the shows when the people got on in Barcelona and they also repeated the menu.

Definitely will Book PRINCESS cruise again in the near future!!!!

Met expectations

Great cruise SF-Juneau-SF. Weather was a little cool, but no rain as originally forecast. Restaurants, buffet excellent. Entertainment also outstanding. Our steward was also very nice and friendly. We enjoyed talking with him.

Disappointed that the mini suite booking did not include dine my way like the trip on Princess last year to Alaska. Will be contacting Princess directly.

Overall, very nice cruise although Princess skipped Newport due to stated environmental concerns

The places we stayed on the Alaska land tour were very nice, but we felt we were being rushed from place to place, suitcases out by 6:30 AM often. The Denali Princess Wilderness Lodge was the nicest, and we had the longest time there. The transportation provided by bus, and especially by train, took us through beautiful landscape with knowledgeable drivers. The original description did not make it clear how much time we would have available in Talkeetna. It turned out to be as much as we wanted because of running shuttles to McKinley. The McKinley Lodge did not seem as prepared to provide food for the amount of people coming to it all at once. The cruise part of our trip was much more relaxing, providing activities for the children and trivia to keep the adults entertained.

I had a very good experience. Really it went very smooth.

Good cruise itinerary and terrific staff. Royal Princess is a medium sized ship, by today standards, so 3700 + passengers and children made for a lot of movement during the sea days. Ship is a bit older and starting to show its age...IE only 2 outlets in the cabin at the desk...nothing at bedside.

Overall very good value for the money. We have not cruised with princess for years. Was a little disappointed in the variety of food options. Also somewhat surprised at needing to pay extra for a quality meal on board.

Staff at Port Lauderdale were extremely helpful and caring! The same cannot be said for disembarking at Los Angeles where I found myself having to hire a taxi to take me to the airport, I was unaware that I could have purchased a seat on a bus chartered by the Princess Emerald! I have disability problems and these incident cast a shadow over what had been a delightful trip. Also assumed luggage paid for in advance, WRONG again at LA had to pay #350 for bag to San Francisco

Very excellent service

Both our travel agent and I were taken off-guard by Princess' last minute change of ports. Roatan was replaced by Belize.

Princess has lost its way. Food not good ( except the paid dining rooms. No spa available unless you pay. I guess I'm spoiled after you booked me on Viking! Our agent did a marvelous job putting together this trip for 7 members of our family. She was ALWAYS available when we had questions. The extra $ that she found for us to use on the trip was of course appreciated.

We liked Princess staff. They were very friendly and helpful.

Everything was fantastic!! The only thing that didn't knock my socks was the food, in general. Don't get me wrong, it was good, however, I've had better food on previous cruises.

Services on the Regal Princess were prompt, friendly, polite, professional. There were no surprise hidden costs. Daily account reports were posted on the Princess private internet accessible by the Princess app. Prices were all reasonable. I will make my next booking through AffordableTours.com I am comfortable with AffordableTours.

Princess Diamond was much better than we expected. We loved the food and the balcony stateroom was very nice.

We have sailed with Princess Cruises on multiple occasions and have always received the best treatment. Embarkation and debarkation have always been super-efficient. The onboard food, served in multiple choice locations, is better than other cruise lines we have sailed with. Princess E-Z Air consistently offers the best prices we can find and are well matched to the sailing and return times. The ship's entertainers are excellent, particularly the ones \'s performing in the Princess theaters. Best of all is the service: all the ship's staff are courteous and helpful plus they are obviously well trained to ensure their clients have a very positive experience.

Our cabin was FABULOUS, just perfect. The Enchanted Princess was very clean and pleasant. The food was extremely delicious. This cruise was perfect for us!

Princess Discovery to Alaska was perfect in every way! The ship was beautiful and spotless. The staff was top notch. Each port in Alaska was soooo beautiful that we would definitely go back in the next two year or even try Antarctica next!! Lovely trip. Zero complaints.

This is my fifth cruise with Princess and it was very good. The food was above average for a large cruise ship (cooking for 3,200 people doesn't allow the cooks to add much spice or salt ). The entertainment was good, some was excellent, and the staff was excellent.

14 days princess cruise was like dream come true. Everything went well as our expectation. You helped all the way to make our cruise memorable for rest of our life. If circumstances permits we will take one more cruise like this and no reason to book through another agent. I assure you about that.

We very much enjoyed our Princess Land/Cruise to Alaska. We have done a lot of traveling in our life, but this was our first cruise. Everything went very smoothly, the ship, the lodges, all the food and the tours that we booked.

The best cruise itinerary for the Mediterranean

The cruise was as expected. Everything went great and Alaska was beautiful.

Only made it to two ports due to weather. But our one cosumel port was great. I would recommend Princess to all my friends
