Didn't really like the partially obstructed view from our veranda. Kia did tell us this but said it was no big deal. We would disagree.

We have a good experience with Celebrity cruise line. The ships are luxurious and well maintained, the service on all levels are very good, some of them exceptional. As suite occupants we enjoy the privacy of dining in Luminae restaurant. There are plenty of shore excursions available

As a repeat customer, I was very disappointed in the Silhouette. The cabin attendant was absolutely fabulous!!!. No problems with him at all. The food was not up to the standards I had before. The wait staff was excellent, however there was a lot of confusion with the various wine personnel at Blu. As for room service, absolutely atrocious!,, Out of at least 7 or 8 orders, breakfast, lunch, and dinner, never once was our order correct! Not once! In fact they couldn't even get an order for hot water for tea correct. They would send up tea pots with no water in them at all.! We needed to call back down, numerous times, every time we ordered something, even after multiple reminders to get the order correct! All of our efforts fell on deaf ears, each and every time. This is not an exaggeration. Totally inexcusable!

Excellent entertainment program seminars , and the staff were very good as was the dining plenty to do during this trip

Celebrity Cruise Line and Silhouette Ship were excellent. The ship was magnificent and the state room was spacious with balcony. The ship staff go out of its ways to pamper you. Everything was first class.

We had a great time on the cruise and it was as advertised for a great price. The Affordable Tours staff were great to work with.

Great trip....can\'t wait for the next one!!

Everything was perfect. The only issue (but one that was not a real negative) is that the view from the cabin was obstructed by the life boats. It made sitting on the balcony a less than fantastic experience.

Food and ports were excellent.

Outstanding cruise.

Food was good, though not great. More variety in breakfast choices (both buffet and restaurant) and desserts at dinner would be areas for improvement. Ship was very clean--kudos to the housekeeping staff. All of ship's staff were very helpful, pleasant and polite. Embarkation and disembarkation went as well as can be expected.

Celebrity lived up to its reputation and our expectations. There was one weakness that was minor but something to watch in the future. A noticeable number of the wait staff in the buffet were not well trained nor were they attentive. The Cruise director for our cruise was absolutely wonderful (and insane!)

Celebrity really had a nice ship,excellent staff, very good food. 

Good family experience. Connecting rooms worked well.

Doctor services good. Changes to shore excursions were handled graciously.

Celebrity is a large level above what we have experienced in the past. They are outstanding is every way! I think in the future we will travel with them.
