Everything was perfect and we had no glitches in anything. Loved the stateroom upgrade (don't know who gets the credit but we were definately appreciative)!!

I cruised on the caribbean princess, i must say its the cleanest ship i ever been on. I had some issues reference dishonest wait staffs and one front desk person. My cabin was perfect and by cabin steward was the best. Overall it was a very good trip, thanks affordable tours.

Our cruise was the first largest ship to go through the Panama Canal, which we did not know when we booked our trip but everybody did an excellent job, nothing to complain about. We would like to recognize our cabin steward from Goa, India who answered every call immediately and took care of our needs with enthusiasm. Others that really need an applaud were our Palm dining room servers who took care of 14 people efficiently and went out of their way for my mother-in-law, who is an oral cancer survivor & brought her yogurt every night without forgetting. One of them even entertained us with his magic talent and singing for us. Lastly, the workers at The Slice made special veggie pizza for us for lunch after they learned our group was vegetarian, changed gloves and used clean utensils.The executive chef made us excellent Indian vegetarian food every night too. We even enjoyed the shows in the Princess theater. We did excursions with Princess too, which was very well organized. I would certainly recommend this cruise to everybody and anybody as will get their money's worth with great food and entertainment! Princess does know how to take care of their guests!

Our trip was cancelled at the last minute due to Hurricane Harvey and Princess Cruises worked with me to get a partial credit.

Princess cruises has always been our go-to cruise line. They have exceptional itineraries with the best value. This past cruise was to the "ABC Islands" and we loved every minute. The entertainment on board was exceptional. The food is always top notch. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. What's not to like!

All service staff including steward and dining room waiters were tremendously accommodating. Stateroom was regularly cleaned and attended. Food was plentiful, tasty, and a good variety. All food serving areas were clean and well maintained. There were a lot of good entertainment options aboard the ship. Cruise tours were efficiently managed. The trip to Le Havre in Normandie was excellent.

The balcony room on the cruise was above our expectations; the cruise was fantastic and the process of working with Affordable tours went very smoothly.

We enjoyed this trip very much. It was exactly what we expected. We met several other travelers who had done the same cruise before and were repeating it.

We wish that we were informed that the Quebec airport was small. We would have taken a shuttle to Montreal airport. However we did make the air arrangements on our own. The cruise was well worth the money, and I suggested using Affordable Tours to several different passenger groups. We were very satisfied with the service that this agent provided.
