Norwegian has been working closely with the CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) and are adding stringent protocols, strategic application and supporting innovation to meet and exceed their standards once those have been finalized by them. ALL-NEW AIR FILTRATION
Installation of medical-grade air-filters, H13 HEPA, that remove 99.95% of airborne pathogens across Norwegian's entire fleet to ensure the air you breathe is clean.
ENHANCED SCREENING PROTOCOLS
All guests will undergo an enhanced pre-embarkation health screening, and those considered at risk will undergo additional screening. Additionally, all crew will undergo extensive screening prior to embarkation and constant monitoring throughout the voyage. Touchless temperature checks and continuous monitoring of guests and crew throughout the voyage will help identify potential health issues, offering an additional layer of prevention and protection.
INCREASED SANITATION MEASURES
All ships are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected prior to every voyage in accordance with company protocols, which are developed in partnership with CDC's Vessel Sanitation Program. Embarkation terminals will be sanitized continuously, and, where possible, fogged before and after each embarkation and debarkation. Further, all staterooms, suites and public areas will be cleaned, sanitized and disinfected at an increased frequency, and including the use of Electrostatic Spray Technology.
RESPONSIBLE SOCIAL DISTANCING
To provide even more space for responsible social distancing, guest capacity on board will be reduced. Staggered embarkation and online check-in will be implemented for proper social distancing. In addition, Norwegian is committed to reducing capacity in all public areas throughout the voyage.
ENHANCED MEDICAL RESOURCES
Onboard medical centers will be fully equipped with the latest testing kits and medical supplies. Norwegian is also increasing the medical team fleetwide. Additionally, each ship has dedicated isolation accommodations should the need arise.

the cruise was great NCL has gone almost to the bottom of my list of cruise line thee food except fot the special dinning was not the NCL standard i was used to and the entertainment was poor. i am planning the cancel my next booked cruise
The cruise itinerary was changed the week prior to sailing, eliminating one port entirely. NCL did refund the port taxes on the final statement. During the cruise, some arrival and departure times were changed, thereby cutting our time in port and shore excursions short. The onboard entertainment was good and most of the personnel were friendly and helpful, especially the wait staff and cabin steward.
We enjoyed NCL very much, our first cruise ever! The staff was wonderful and food was adequate. Lodging was very comfortable and we enjoyed our deck and the stateroom staff. Our only complaints are that the tendering should be done with larger boats, not the ships small boats! The tender operation in Mykonos was perfect! Other places, too much waiting in line. Also, i felt that there were too many other ships in Santorini and Corfu. And of course we were VERY disappointed to have TWO of our stops cancelled. That is a THIRD of our port stops. We understand that weather cannot be controlled, but very unsure about our Kotor stop/Bar stop reason. Thank you!!!!

We had a great trip. Coming from Canada in January, thoroughly enjoyed the HOT weather. Weren\'t sure what to expect with an inside cabin but found it had enough space & storage for our needs. The Norwegian crew was courteous, helpful and energetic.The port tours were excellent- interesting, well organized and of good value, especially with the $50/port credit. Evening shows were very entertaining. Meal choices and quality of food was excellent. Did feel the two main dining rooms were disorganized - we made reservation (for a party of 6) but still had to line up and there was often not a table ready for us. Disembarkation process was slow and the transfer to the airport which we arranged through Norwegian was a disaster. Very disorganized. We were directed and redirected to at least 4 different buses and were nervous about missing our flight. The shuttle dropped us and our bags off at terminal 3 of the TB building at LAX and we had a good 10+ minute walk to Air Candada in terminal 6. We had told them terminal 6 which was on our ticket but the driver insisted that this was the correct spot even when we question him. All in all we have great memories of a wonderful trip. .
I disliked NCL on my previous cruises but they have significantly improved in many ways. There food has probably changed the most for the better. Before it was salty, no variety, and used no spices. They have more varieties of hard ice cream, but their soft serve ice cream is still cheap chemical tasting hydrogenated something or other. Most of their nightly theater entertainment is very good. The staff is very friendly. I still do not like that gratuities are not allowed to be removed until you send in a form after your cruise and then if you are lucky you will get the refund in two weeks, otherwise plan to call them several times as I have had to do - they are profiting from interest on your money.

The crossing was Fantastic! We would definitely recommend Norwegian & Affordable Tours to our friends. The last day we had a mechanical & did not go to Mia instead went to Tampa, disembarked Sunday 9 AM Missed our flt out of MIA Sat on AA. Had a difficult time getting another flt No one helped me. finally got in touch with my daughter she got us on SW Sun PM. This has cost us around $800, Ship said they would pay up to $300 ea.

Best cruise ever
Ocean cruising is considerably less personal than river cruising ( we knew this at the outset). We enjoyed the freestyle dining options but missed the opportunity to get to know some of the other passengers better, especially those not traveling in family groups.
Booked a 7-night western caribbean cruise on the Norwegian Star out of New Orleans. Hadn\'t cruised with Norwegian for over 10 years and my wife and I were blown away with how nice the entire cruise staff treated their guests. Very nice people, great food in the regular dining room, lots of fun activities. Overall - couldn\'t be happier and have already signed up for another cruise with Norwegian.
Children were permitted to attend adult entertainment venues where alcohol was served. One hot tub was not working during the entire trip. Many activities which were complementary in the past now had charges.
