“75% Off 2nd Sailor + Instant Savings” Offer Terms and Conditions Posted: March 28, 2025 1. Offer Terms. These terms and conditions detail the “75% Off 2nd Sailor + Instant Savings” offer. Eligible voyages, listed in Section 2, will get a certain percentage off a booking for the co-traveler(s) traveling with the primary Sailor, plus an “Instant Savings” in varying amounts depending on the voyage length and cabin category; see the “Instant Savings” section below. 1.1. Buy One, Get a Discount for a Second Co-traveller. Under the “75% Off 2nd Sailor + Instant Savings” offer, Virgin Voyages will provide a total discount of 37.5% off both Sailor 1 and Sailor 2 retail (base) voyage fares when two (2) Sailors book a voyage to sail together in an eligible cabin (see section 3.1. for eligible cabins). Additionally, if there are four (4) Sailors traveling together in one cabin, all four (4) Sailors will receive 37.5% off their Voyage Fare. Eligible cabins are listed in section 3.1. 1.2. Instant Savings. Under the “75% Off 2nd Sailor + Instant Savings” offer, Virgin Voyages will provide eligible cabins (see section 3.2.) a pre-set discounted amount from the total voyage fare (as noted below). If you book in a currency other than USD, the instant savings will be converted from USD at the time of booking. This pre-set amount will be divided between the total number of sailors within the booking. 2. Eligible Voyages. Eligible bookings are those purchased for an eligible cabin (see section 3.1. and section 3.2.) on an eligible voyage date between 12:00:01 a.m. local US east coast time on 28 March 2025 through 11:59:59 p.m. local US east coast time on 29 May 2025. Eligible voyage dates are any voyage open for sale on non-charter, open, revenue voyages. 3. Restrictions/Exclusions. The "75% Off 2nd Sailor + Instant Savings” offer is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions. 3.1. Eligible Cabins for Percentage Off offer in section 1.1: Only cabins in the Sea Terrace Meta Category cabins, The Sea View, Lock It In Rate Sea View, The Insider, and Lock It In Rate insider cabins are eligible for the percentage off in the ”75% Off 2nd Sailor + Instant Savings” Offer. The Sea Terrace Meta Category includes the following cabins: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Sea Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony, Ltd View Sea Terrace, and the Lock It In Rate Ltd View Sea Terrace. This offer excludes the Solo Sea View and Solo Insider cabins. 3.2. Eligible Cabins for Instant Savings offer in section 1.2: Except for Lock-It-In rates, the Solo Sea View cabins and Solo Insider cabins, all meta cabin categories are eligible for Instant Savings in the “75% Off 2nd Sailor + Instant Savings” offer. 3.3. Charter voyages are excluded from the “75% Off 2nd Sailor + Instant Savings” Offer. 3.4. “Reduced Single Supplement” Offer Terms and Conditions Updated: January 10, 2025 1. Offer Details. These terms and conditions detail Virgin Voyages’ ‘Reduced Single Supplement’ Offer (“Offer”). Under this Offer, if one (1) Sailor is traveling solo in an eligible double occupancy cabin, then the Voyage Fare price will be reduced by a percentage for the cabin total after any other applicable discounts. Said another way: a reduced single supplement charge on Voyage Fare will be applied for (1) Sailor traveling in a double occupancy cabin. The reduced single supplement discount is capacity controlled, may be withdrawn without notice and apply only to varying stateroom categories on select sailings for varying booking periods. 2. Applicability/Offer Details. 2.1. Eligible cabins for the “Reduced Single Supplement” Offer are as follows: The Sea Terrace Meta Category includes the following cabins: XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, and the Ltd View Sea Terrace. 2.2. At the time of booking, the percentage discount on Voyage Fare for the cabin will be automatically applied to any booking meeting the requirements. 2.3. Each Eligible Voyage is dependent on various market factors and will be routinely reassessed. 3. Exclusions/Caveats. The “Reduced Single Supplement” Offer is subject to the following restrictions and exclusions. 3.1. Excluded Voyages: Any full-ship accommodation voyages (i.e., Charter voyages) are excluded. 3.2. Military and First Responders will receive 5%, 10% or 15% off their retail voyage fare for any Eligible Voyage that is booked in accordance with the terms below. The level of discount to be applied to each Eligible Voyage is dependent on various market factors and will be routinely reassessed. 2. Applicability/Offer Details. 2.1. The Military and First Responders rate is applicable to select sailings on any of our Lady Ships. 2.2. The reduced 5%, 10% or 15% off the retail voyage fare will be applied at the time of booking. 2.3. At the time of booking, the Sailor must enter the following Access Key during checkout to receive the offer: SERVICERATE. The offer is not automatically applied to any booking meeting the requirements. For First Mate bookings, on Firstmates.com or through verified third party booking engines, the promotional code will be visible to the First Mate when selecting an eligible voyage and this will be a manual add-on. In other words, the promotional code must be selected by the First Mate in order for the offer to be applied to the booking. 2.4. Offer is available on XL Sea Terrace, Central Sea Terrace, The Sea Terrace, Limited View Sea Terrace, Sea Terrace Slightly Smaller Balcony, Sea View, Social Insider, and Insider cabins only. 2.5. Proof of eligibility or identity to satisfy the offer may be requested upon check in at the Terminal. 3. Exclusions/Caveats. 3.1. The Military and First Responders Rates Offer is combinable with select public promotional offers. It is not transferable. All Eligible Voyages are subject to Virgin Voyages’ cancellation policies. 3.2. The Military and First Responders Rates Offer is only for paid bookings at full fare. Sailors traveling under the Voyage Vacation Program, Casino Player Program, First Mate Rates, Interline Rates, or a reduced fare Access Key are not eligible for this offer. The Military and First Responders Rates Offer is not combinable with My Next Virgin Voyage Program, Tour Operators or any of our Group / Circles programs. 3.3. Savings and Separability. Nothing in these terms and conditions are intended to operate contrary to applicable law. If any provision of these terms and conditions are or are determined at any time to be contrary to or unauthorized by applicable law, then such provision shall not be applicable or performed or enforced, except to the extent permitted by law, provided that, in such event, all other provisions of this Agreement shall continue in effect. 3.4.
