The ship was exceptionally well organized. All staff were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. It was a wonderful experience and great value for the money. First time with msc, but won't be my last. Shore excursions were excellent from leaving the ship, having the excursion and returning. Can't say enough. The ship was cleaned constantly, I appreciated attention to detail and hygiene also.

After two cancellations by MSC due to COVID, our cruise was great. A little disappointed because the balcony for the suite was closed off and couldnt be used.

The interior room was roomy with enough storage for the two of us for 14 days. The room staff kept the room clean and tidy. The dining room and buffet staff were 5 star and the many food offerings were better than average with some exceptional items. At all times there were staff to assist us throughout the ship. Many, including management, took the time to speak with us about our experiences, about the ship, themselves and offer useful advice. The ship is well maintained. There were staff always cleaning and wiping down surfaces. Entertainment during the day was sparse. Every evening there was a main show in the theater and it was well executed and entertaining. There were some movie nights and one or two late night clubs offered DJ music or games. The weather allowed us full use of the pools and hot tubs. All were clean and well attended by staff. Additional towels were available. The gym machines could use some updating. Some machines were in need of repair and the cycling screen were not functioning properly.

Several items were in limited supply or missing. Service in the main restaurant was at times quite slow.

Marcie was wonderful. This was my 1st cruise so I was pretty nervous about it and had lots of questions. Marcie was there for me every step of the way. Even when I couldn't get on to the MSC website, she walked me thru the steps and got me online. It was such an amazing trip, I am very excited to try it again next year. The trip was all we expected. It was a great experience of many countries. Every place had something different to offer and learn about. The itinerary was wonderful.

Traveled with my sister, she has recently had knee replacement, so she could have used a little bit more moving space

enjoyed the cruise very much. However, was amazed that MSC charged highly for water and soft drinks.. On other cruise lines i have enjoyed these for free. Aso, I booked second seating, which i thought would be at 8:30 as this had been my experience with other cruise lines, but 9: was too late for me

Once again, another fantastic cruise on the MSC Divina.

MSC was below the high expectations we normally get on cruise lines. They were about 90 percent.... Small things were not taken care of. Food was adequate but not exceptional. Deserts were lackluster and buffets never changed. They became boring...

I loved the shows for every night. They all seemed a cut above what I would expect on a ship. The captain knew about 8 languages and opened up one show in all of the languages. The captain came to the theater more than once to make announcements and it was nice to see him, unlike most cruises. I was impressed by MSC and cannot say enough good things. Our room was well maintained and clean and our steward came in several times a day and gave us clean towels, etc.

The ship was beautiful, our room was outstanding. The whole experience was beyond my expectations. Can't wait to book my next vacation.

All 6 family members were very pleased with the cruise. Our accommodation far exceeded our expectations. Meals were excellent and staff very courteous. Ship was kept very clean even though it was fully booked. Only problem we had was that mealtimes were on many occasions very noisy, both in the dining room and at the buffet. Excursions were well organized and run to schedule - always returning to the ship in good time. Evening entertainment was good.
