Crystal Serenity Atlantic crossing voyage is excellent. We were busy all day/night long with excellent activities and shows. Beats flying back from Europe!!

The food was top notch - absolutely the best. The choices were varied and anyone can find something they would like. The room was very comfortable and the linens were plush and cozy. The entertainment is broadway quality, very professional and polished. The enrichment program leaves something to be desired and did not meet expectations. High quality personnel. but not very good communicators/presenters. Some, such as "FBI in War and Peace", were not as described and seemed more of a current affairs news program. The excursions were average to good. The some guides were better than others. The poorer ones only pointed out landmarks but did not give any attention to detail. The better ones did a good job in describing some history, and the reasoning of the culture or historical significance. Crystal can do a better job in ensuring the quality of their guides. The included beverages were outstanding. The service staff was outstanding and most all were very attentive but not annoying. I can't say enough good things about the staff on board. Crystal advertises a six star rating in its marketing, but as such I expected a big "wow" factor. It is definitely a 5 star operation, but not a six star as advertised.
