Royal Caribbean is a favorite of ours. They are consistently great to sail with.

The ship is older and not decked out with all the thrills. Our service was excellent. The center of the boat is 12-13 floors. Open and extremely noisy all the time. Strong casino smoke. Our family had a great time and saw Bald Eagles, bears, whales and glaciers. Beautiful scenery and good excursions.

AmberDee was wonderful! She was patient, polite and knows her business. I will book again through affordable tours.com and will call AmberDee.

The only problem we had was that the sound proofing of the room could be improved. We constantly heard noise from the room above us.

Soazig was great as always. We have used her for a variety of trips and have always found her to do an excellent job! We give her an A+!

Royal Caribbean and the staff of the Brilliance were amazing! Highly recurring

There were some hiccups with Royal Caribbean, like lost laundry, delayed wait time for lunch, etc. and they made monetary deductions from my invoice. On the plus side RCCL did a great job with accommodating me with my gluten and dairy food allergies. They were right on top of it in the main dining room, buffet restaurant and the specialty restaurants. Ice cream was the only frozen desert on the ship. I asked for sorbet and the chef made it special for me and said that they would feature this in future sailings.

The ship is beautiful with lots of glass to keep the ocean in view. Woodwork, models of ships, and beautiful decor accent all the spaces on this ship. The service on board was first rate. Entertainment was excellent. Their is ample space on this ship for privacy as well. This medium size vessel has great venues which are not overcrowded.

The staff and crew of the Brilliance of the Seas did an excellent job for us.
